What is the assorted pastry box?

The Assorted Pastry Box (APB) is a delivery service that we offer regularly on Sundays. Every APB includes 3 types of freshly baked artisanal pastries (usually 2 savoury and 1 sweet). The APB comes in two sizes: half a dozen or a dozen pastries. The flavours and variety change every week and are inspired by the seasonal produce and flavours of our region.
Pre-order through the website: Wednesday to Friday at noon.
Delivery: Sunday, 8:30 to 11:30 AM.
Weekly subscription service available.

Where do you deliver?

At this point we deliver to:
Hamilton - North of Rymal Road, West of Red Hill Valley Parkway.
Dundas,
Ancaster.

Pick-up option available for those who live outside of the delivery zone. Please contact us for details.

Where are you located?

We are operating from The Kitchen Collective, a certified commercial kitchen, located in Hamilton, ON

Do you have nut free options?

Although most of our pastries do not contain nuts, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that traces of nuts are not present in our kitchen.

Do you have vegan options?

Yes, we have a few vegan options. We usually specify that but feel free to contact us.

How do you handle delivery during extreme weather conditions?

In case of extreme weather conditions like a major snowstorm, deliveries may be delayed or cancelled to ensure the safety of the drivers. We will send you an email as early as possible to inform you about any change in schedule. Please check your emails if it's looking scary outside!
